This Privacy Policy applies to Zili's services (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "Services"), including the Zili applications, websites, software, and related services accessed through any platform or device that links to this Privacy Policy. The Platform is provided and controlled by SOCIALTECH SOLUTIONS - FZCO, with its registered address at: DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, DSO-IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (hereinafter referred to as "we" , "us" or "our").
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and otherwise process personal information about users and other individuals in connection with the Platform. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Platform.
We may collect the following information about you:
• Profile Information. When you register on the Platform, you provide us with information including your username, password, date of birth (if applicable), email address and/or phone number (if applicable), location, nationality as well as any other details you choose to disclose in your user profile.
• User Content. We process content you generate on the Platform, including photos and videos you upload or create, opinions you initiate, hashtags, feedback, comments, and live streams (if applicable), along with related metadata such as the time, location, and context of content creation (collectively, "User Content").
• Facial Data. If you intend to become a verified host or wish to complete real-person verification (including gender and avatar verification) for additional benefits, we may, with your consent, collect and compare your profile photo with facial recognition videos to verify authenticity. This verification helps protect you from impersonation and fake accounts and safeguards the rights of other users. Our servers do not retain your facial recognition video; it is used only for verification purposes and not for any other use.
• Messages. When you compose, send, or receive messages through the Platform's messaging features (including chat functions), we collect the information you provide. This includes message content and related metadata such as timestamps for sending, receiving, or reading messages, as well as participants in the conversation. Please note that any messages you send to other users will be accessible by them, and we are not responsible for how they use or share such messages.
• Transaction Information. This includes records of your top-ups, transaction history, dates, items, and amounts. We do not collect or retain your credit card name, number, or password —such payment information is collected by the third-party payment provider you choose to use.
• Information in Communications You Send to Us (e.g., emails). This includes information provided when you contact us for support or to give feedback, such as user logs.
• Usage Information: We collect information about your use of the Platform. This includes how you interact with the content we display to you, the videos you watch and any issues encountered, your browsing and search history, users you follow, and your interactions with mutual followers.
• Technical Information: We collect specific information about the device you use to access the Platform, such as your IP address, user agent, mobile network carrier, time zone settings, device model, device operating system, network type, device ID, screen resolution, operating system, application and file names and types, keystroke patterns or rhythms, battery status, audio settings, and connected audio devices.
• Location Information: We collect information about your approximate location, such as that derived from your SIM card and/or IP address. With your permission, we may also collect precise geolocation data (e.g., via GPS), you can withdraw your consent at any time by turning off location permissions. GPS information is the sensitive information, if you refuse to provide, you will not able to use the location-based services, but it will not affect your use of zili other services.
• Cookies: We and our service providers and business partners use cookies and other similar technologies (such as web beacons, local shared objects, etc., collectively referred to as "Cookies") to collect information, evaluate and analyze how you use the Platform—including which pages you visit most and how you interact with content—to enhance your experience, improve the Platform, serve you advertisements (if applicable), and assess the effectiveness of advertising and other content.
• Third-Party Social Network Accounts: If you choose to register, log in, or use the Platform via a third-party social network account, you will provide us or allow us to access your username, public profile, and any other information associated with such an account.
• Advertisers, Analytics, and Other Partners: We may collect information about you from our advertisers, analytics providers, and other partners who may share information with us. However, please note that this policy does not cover how these third parties collect and process your information—they are subject to their own privacy policies regarding your data.
• Other Individuals: We may receive information about you from other individuals, including when you are mentioned or included in user content, direct messages, complaints, appeals, requests, or feedback submitted to us. We may also collect information about you from publicly available sources.
• Payment and Transaction Fulfillment Providers: We may receive information from payment or transaction fulfillment providers, such as payment confirmation details and product delivery information for items you purchase via our shopping features.

• Providing and Operating Services: To provide you with the services and maintain their proper functioning, such as voice chat, video chat, user interaction, friend discovery, incentive tasks, posting social status updates, and other activities you engage in through Zili;
• Identification and Verification: To verify your identity when you register with us, identify your device, access and use our services, or otherwise interact with us, and to create a personal profile for you, helping keep your personal information secure;
• Contractual Obligations: To fulfill our contractual obligations to you under the User Agreement, or to take steps at your request before entering into such an agreement;
• Service Improvement and Analytics: To continuously improve user experience, monitor network conditions, detect account anomalies, and assess the relevance of our products and services;
• Security: To ensure the safety of user activities and accounts;
• Payment Services: To support and verify user payment activities;
• Communications and Customer Support: To respond to your requests and keep you informed about changes to the services or this policy;
• Advertising and Marketing: To understand your preferences and help determine which marketing materials may interest you. Where legally required, we will obtain your consent before sending such marketing materials;
• Exercising Our Rights and Fulfilling Legal Obligations: To exercise our legal rights where necessary, for example, in detecting, preventing, and responding to infringement claims or illegal activities. Where legally required, we may process your personal information for anti-fraud checks or compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

We do not provide services to individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally or knowingly collect or retain personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from individuals under the age of 18 through our services, we will take appropriate measures to delete such information and remove the relevant account.
Please note that as a parent or legal guardian, you are responsible for supervising and managing your child's use of our services. If a minor provides false information and falsely claims to have reached the legal age, you, as a parent or guardian, will be fully responsible for any consequences arising from such false statements. If you find that your child is using our services, or if we have collected information from your child, please contact us. We will assist you in deleting all of your child's information and take action to block the relevant account.
